The wind is predicted to drop. And Waiake Beach is currently sheltered from the northerly, and that northerly is predicted to continue tomorrow morning so wind conditions at Waiake should be nice.

The plan to gather at Waiake Beach at 6:30am for sunrise communion and the lighting of the Christ Candle can go ahead.
