A Resurrection Journey

Hi [subscriber:firstname],
What a great Holy Week and Easter we had. We started with a passover meal on Thursday, then Friday we had our ecumenical service at Northcross Community Church, and our very own service at St Mary by the Sea after that. On Easter day, we had two baptisms.

As Anglicans, we see communion as important. Our reading today from Luke's Gospel (24:13-35) is one of the key readings for why we celebrate communion. Please join us this week as we explore the connections between shared food and the presence of Jesus.
